How can I pick RGBa color codes layers from Adobe XD layers?

In order to pick colors as RGBa in Adobe UX, you first need to enter a link to the design spec. Click Share in the upper right corner, select Share for development and open the link.

Open the link in the browser, and change the color formats. Use the drop-down list to convert the color format into RGBa. This change is persistent across the entire session.
