What do we need help with?

  • Managing our premium client portfolio
  • Reaching out to prospective clients
  • Negotiating deals
  • Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value of business deals
  • Understanding customer outcomes and customer needs through communication and client data
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base

What skills do you need to have?

  • At least 3 years of experience with sales in IT/software industry
  • Native/professional English proficiency (written and spoken, at least C1 level)
  • Ability to communicate via chat, e-mail, phone and video calls
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Self-driven and proactive nature
  • Patient and active listener
  • Resistance to rejection and a positive outlook

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of the Avocode product
  • Experience with graphic editors like Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD
  • Technical knowledge (HTML/CSS, basic understanding of JavaScript)
  • Native/professional proficiency in other world languages (French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Russian)
